Delete your account

It takes a minute, and it's done in the app so we know it's really you.

In the app

  1. Open Onstead and go to You, then Settings.
  2. Choose Privacy and data.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Want a copy first? Choose Export my data on the same screen.

What happens

  • Your account, plan, habits, workouts, food logs and photos are deleted from our systems.
  • Your purchase record is removed from our subscription provider.
  • If you signed in with Apple, we revoke that sign-in.
  • It can’t be undone.

Your subscription is separate

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Onstead, so you aren’t charged again.

Email hello@onstead.appfrom the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you.
